Jesus who knows us so well knows that from time to time life gets out of balance and the remedy is to rest. 

On that afternoon when faced with a crowd of hungry people, the disciples came face to face with their own sense of inadequacy.

"You don't seize your big moments in a single moment. Those opportunities come because you seized all your small moments before it." 

A critical component when seeking to lead change in an organization (be it a church or family or business) is to get the right people in place with the trust, emotional commitment and teamwork to do the job that's required.
